We’ve combined the power of DUKE.ai’s intelligent document processing with Zoho Books’ comprehensive accounting software. With this integration, carriers, brokers and factors gain automated document management, invoicing, combined with automated back office AP/AR setup and payment processing.
Connecting DUKE.ai to Zoho
Installation takes only a few minutes of effort. These instructions will assist you with :
– Under “Scope” type the value “ZohoBooks.fullaccess.all, ZoHoCRM.org.READ” (exactly as shown, without quotation marks, separated by a comma) – You can copy these same values into the “Description” box – Click “Create“
– Once you have clicked “Create”, you will need to select a portal for the CRM permissions that you gave to the Self-Client in the previous step. Click the “CRM” icon.
– When you do this, you will see options for “Production” and “Developer Account“. Choose the “Production” option, and click “Create” one last time.
– You will be given an activation code. This is time-sensitive, and DUKE.ai will need this code before the 10 minute expiration. Otherwise you will need to repeat the Self-Client steps.
– Next to the “Generate Code” option header, click the “Client Secret” tab and copy your Client ID and Client Secret
– Email the Production Name, Generated Code, Client ID and Client Secret to support@duke.ai with Tile “Activate new Account”
From either the DUKE.ai Web App or Mobile App, configure the Zoho endpoint to received the processed document output.
You will receive an email response after providing the Production Name, Generated Code, Client ID and Client Secret.
This email will need to be configured in your DUKE.ai Account For example <ZOHO_ACCOUNT@docs.duke.ai>
You are now ready to transmit load documents from DUKE.ai.
After the necessary documents (i.e. rate confirmation, BOL, lumper, etc.) have been uploaded and transmitted to the Zoho email account, DUKE will create an invoice on behalf of the carrier, combine all documents into a single pdf and setup AP/AR in Zoho.
See the following video for more details on transmitting load documents from the DUKE.ai Web or Mobile App.
Note : You’ll need to link a bank account with Zoho to pay incoming invoices from carriers or to receive invoices billed to customers.
